About Dr. Ignacio Medina
Focusing on vertebrate paleontology and evolutionary morphology, Ignacio Medina analyzes locomotion transitions and skeletal biomechanics across fossil and extant reptiles. He teaches Organismal Biology & Diversity and Senior Biology Capstone & Research. His research team utilizes micro-computed tomography scanning to model functional biomechanics in extinct taxa.
