About Dr. Frank Hammond
Frank Hammond teaches Financial Institutions and Senior Finance Capstone Seminar. A veteran member of the finance faculty, his research examines central bank balance sheet policies, discount window lending stigmas, and the transmission of monetary policy through the interbank federal funds market. He earned his doctorate from Ostrander University and has advised regional banking task forces.
Dr. Frank Hammond is a member of the Department of Finance in the School of Business.
