About Dr. Francesca Schwartz
Francesca Schwartz teaches Corporate Finance & Valuation and Principles of Corporate Finance. Her research examines venture capital syndication networks, contract terms in staged equity financing, and corporate governance mechanisms in early-stage biotechnology startups. She previously served on the faculty at Kellbrook College and frequently reviews grants for regional entrepreneurial initiatives.
