About Dr. Eun-ji Jang
Eun-ji Jang teaches Special Topics in Marketing Analytics and Digital Marketing & Analytics. Her empirical research models customer lifetime value, subscription churn probabilities, and dynamic pricing strategies in online digital ecosystems. She previously taught at Tamarack State University and directs student marketing research fellowships across the School of Business.
