About Dr. Esperanza Fuentes
Esperanza Fuentes examines chemosensory transduction and neuroethology in marine invertebrates, uncovering how benthic organisms perceive chemical plumes in marine habitats. She teaches Introduction to Biology and Senior Biology Capstone & Research. Her research program receives support from an experimental biology grant through the National Science Foundation.
Dr. Esperanza Fuentes is a member of the Department of Biology in the College of Arts & Sciences.
