About Dr. Erin Wilcox
Erin Wilcox teaches Operations Management and Organizational Behavior. Her scholarship examines safety cultures, near-miss reporting systems, and error prevention in high-hazard industrial environments such as chemical plants and healthcare facilities. She previously served on the faculty at Corwin University and consults with regional manufacturing facilities on operational safety.
