About Dr. Eric Zhang
Eric Zhang teaches doctoral research methods and advanced quantitative data analysis for practicing educational leaders. His research investigates how longitudinal student growth models, standardized testing mandates, and state accountability metrics influence school principal retention rates. He regularly chairs EdD dissertation committees focused on data-informed decision-making in regional school districts.
Dr. Eric Zhang is a member of the Department of Educational Leadership in the School of Education.
