About Dr. Dominic Sutton
Dominic Sutton teaches Corporate Finance & Valuation and Principles of Corporate Finance. Prior to his academic career, he worked for fourteen years as a director of acquisitions for a regional private equity group focusing on middle-market manufacturing firms. His teaching integrates discounted cash flow modeling, buyout capital structures, and term sheet deal negotiations.
