About Dr. Devon Jackson
Devon Jackson teaches Marketing Research and Special Topics in Marketing Analytics. His research analyzes algorithmic recommendation engines, consumer choice overload on streaming platforms, and how automated ranking algorithms alter consumer search patterns. He completed his doctoral dissertation at Ostrander University before joining the Alkimi marketing faculty.
