About Dr. Derek Hennessy
Derek Hennessy teaches Auditing Principles and Forensic Accounting & Fraud Examination. His research examines auditor legal liability, securities regulator enforcement proceedings, and the deterrent effects of penalty assessments on accounting quality. He serves on editorial boards of major accounting journals and holds a doctorate from Stonecroft College.
Dr. Derek Hennessy is a member of the Department of Accounting in the School of Business.
