About Dr. Deirdre Foster
Deirdre Foster teaches Nursing Care of Childbearing Families and mentors seniors in Clinical Preceptorship & Senior Transition Capstone. A practicing certified nurse-midwife, she emphasizes physiological birth, perinatal equity, and postpartum mood surveillance in clinical practice. She oversees clinical rotations at regional maternity centers and community birth networks.
