About Dr. Darnell Hayes
Darnell Hayes teaches Advanced International Security and International Relations, incorporating crisis-simulation exercises into his advanced courses. His scholarship examines nuclear deterrence dynamics, ballistic missile proliferation, and verification mechanisms for multilateral arms reduction treaties. He has consulted for independent international security institutes and testified before congressional study committees.
