About Dr. Christopher Parrish
Christopher Parrish teaches Real Estate Finance & Investments and Corporate Finance & Valuation. His scholarship investigates commercial property price indices, debt covenants on mortgage-backed securities, and institutional investment in residential multifamily developments. He completed his graduate training at Stonecroft College and regularly advises student real estate case competition finalists.
