About Dr. Caitlin Hoffmann
Caitlin Hoffmann holds the Calder Distinguished Professorship and teaches Historical Methods and Historiography as well as Independent Research in History. A renowned scholar of the European Enlightenment, she investigates political print culture, radical pamphlets, and constitutional debates during the French Revolution. She has served as president of the North American Society for Eighteenth-Century Studies.
Dr. Caitlin Hoffmann is a member of the Department of History in the College of Arts & Sciences.
