About Dr. Andrea Clarke
Andrea Clarke teaches Nursing Leadership, Healthcare Policy, and Management and Community, Population, and Public Health Nursing. Her research investigates state legislative policies expanding advanced practice registered nurse scope of practice and healthcare access in rural areas. She regularly provides expert testimony before state legislative health committees.
