About Dr. Aarti Menon
Aarti Menon instructs courses in Educational Psychology & Child Development and Adolescent Development & Secondary Learning. Her scholarship examines socio-emotional learning, student motivation during middle school transitions, and cognitive load management in diverse classrooms. She previously taught educational psychology at Ostrander University before moving to Alkimi.
