About Dr. Aaliyah Mabry
Aaliyah Mabry teaches Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management. Her empirical research explores perceived breaches of psychological contracts, employee cynicism, and constructive organizational retaliation following managerial misconduct. She previously served on the management faculty at Castellan College and actively supervises student research on workplace justice.
